Sensu Studio was hired to create a modern, eye-catching logo for a newly renovated and repurposed building in Nihonbashi, central Tokyo. We followed this with a comprehensive real estate photo and video shoot of both the exterior and interior to enhance the property's appeal for potential investors.

We highlighted furnished rooms and empty spaces to showcase the property’s versatility for rental opportunities. Our video production emphasized the sophisticated design, prime location in Nihonbashi, and inviting atmosphere, highlighting the building’s unique features to attract real estate investors.
