Sensu Studio collaborated with Blackship Realty to produce a promotional video and photography for Besso Hiroo, a luxury apartment in one of Tokyo's most prestigious residential areas. This recently renovated 1-bedroom apartment offers a modern, comfortable space for long-term stays, conveniently located near Hiroo Station, Hiroo Plaza, and Arisugawa Park.

Our visuals highlight Besso Hiroo’s blend of traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern amenities, targeting travelers seeking upscale accommodations. Additionally, the video and photography emphasizes the surrounding neighborhood’s charm, including the vibrant greenery of nearby parks and the lively Shotengai shopping street. The goal was to capture both the tranquility of Hiroo and the luxurious, homey atmosphere of Besso, positioning it as a premier vacation home in Tokyo.
